Seal the top of all joists and beams with Vycor plus 4 & 6 flashing.
We install this to protect the joist and beams from water damage and to prevent the premature rot of the under framing of the deck.
Copper Naphthalene wood preservative.
We use this product on all treated lumber that we cut or any wood that will be making contact with the ground or fence posts.

We only utilize the highest quality materials to build our fences and ensure they will last.
We dip the posts in copper naphthenate before placing them in the ground, which helps protect the post from premature rot.
All posts are put in up to 24 and permits can be easily obtained if needed.

We offer deck inspections to fill you in on what needs to be enhanced or brought up to code.
The inspection will be done by a qualified and licensed deck builder.
We charge $75 for the inspection, but if you need to do corrections to the deck, the $75 will be added into the bid.

We use a sprayer to apply the highest quality stain so you can rest assured it will last through our tough Colorado seasons.
