Cedar Creek Fences
One of our premier lines and specialty. Board on board is a process of overlapping 6 pickets to ensure a beautifully appealing look and optimum privacy. Boards overlap approximately 1 on each side of the pickets and allow no gapping from shrinking pickets. Side by Side is for those who want a beautiful but economical fence. Unfortunately wood shrinks and Side by Side fences tend to leave cracks between pickets thus reducing privacy and appeal.

Several trim choices can be used to accent the overall look of the fence. Spruce can be used to build very attractive fences but over time tend to lose their beauty faster than cedar. Typically Spruce requires twice the finishing of cedar and will shrink more dramatically causing gapping between pickets. Spruce has the life expectancy of cedar. Make sure that your fence is perfect with our leveling, retaining walls, ground board options.

We offer 5 different stain options as well as giving you the choice to of pre or post installation.

Trim Options
Report
2" x 8" top cap, double trim with arch and attractive corbels stand this design out in any neighborhood.
Lattice designs can be integrated into your fence design in many ways.
Lattice is often added to top of fences to give added beauty and additional overall height, while still giving an open feel.
Stain/Sealers
Report
To maintain the beauty and quality of your fence, we recommend a cleaning and re-coat of stain every 3 to 4 years.
The first option of constructing a fence and then staining or sealing wood after has several benefits.
This gives the wood a chance to completely dry ensuring the best overall application of stain and longevity.
It is recommended to wait approximately 4 weeks after constructions before applying stain or sealers.
This is the best option to get the longest life of stain, saving money, and provide the best consistent look over time.

If we are unable to acquire your measurements through satellite survey, we will make arrangements to visit your property and measure in person.
This is just a starter quote to get things moving and get numbers in front of you faster.
At this time we are not offering repair services due to the high demand for fence replacement.
Information
Report
Yes, your neighbors will need to make arrangements for their pets and secure or remove items left in yard.
Neighbors also need to be aware that items attached to the fence may be unknowingly damaged or disposed of during removal.
2. If a bordering fence is shared with a neighbor, who works out shared expenses and/or collects from them?
This is the homeowners responsibility.
As uncomfortable as it is sometimes to deal with neighbors, the contract is between you and Cedar Creek Fences for the total amount of the contract.
