In 1973, the Fences Unlimited acquired property on route 28 in Salem, NH and opened their first retail operation at this location. After a short stay at this location, growing pains in the fence business and entrance into the wood stove business forced Fences Unlimited, Inc. and The Stove Shoppe to look for a larger location. In February of 1977, FUSS acquired 386 North Broadway in Salem, NH and moved the retail store along with the warehouse and corporate headquarters to this location.
Continued growth and a need for additional space required the acquisition in 1981 at 354 North Broadway in Salem, NH and then again, in 1997, the move to our present location, 25 Indian Rock Rd in Windham, NH. In 2006 Fences Unlimited and The Stove Shoppe expanded operations at the current location as well as adding a second location on Route 125 Epping, NH, and to further accommodate the continued growth of the Company added a third location in 2014 on Second St. in Manchester, NH.
We are very proud of our record in the fence industry and stove industries and of our services offered, which we feel is the result of providing top quality materials and services to our customers.
